Pricing & payment
Every load is priced individually and confirmed in writing, in U.S. dollars, before dispatch. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
What goes into a quote
| Distance | Loaded miles from pickup to delivery |
| Temperature | Frozen or chilled setpoint, and continuous vs. cycle run |
| Weight & size | Full truckload, pallet count and total weight |
| Timing | Pickup date, delivery deadline and appointment windows |
| Extras | Additional stops, detention or lumper fees, only when agreed in advance |
All prices are quoted and billed in U.S. dollars (USD).
How you pay
- After delivery we send an invoice for the amount on your rate confirmation.
- Pay online by credit card, debit card or ACH bank transfer through our payment processor, Stripe.
- Card details are entered on Stripe's secure payment page. TRUCKUPAYME INC never sees or stores your full card number.
- You receive an email receipt for every payment.
